Italian Languages Classes

  What better place to learn Italian than with Società Dante Alighieri and the Centro Caboto Centre where you'll be immersed in all things Italian. 

1. Youth – Kids K - grade 6 Program – Centro Caboto Centre -Please call for information.

Classes available for kids 4-13. Learn Italian and have fun doing so!!
 
Classes are held from 10 am - noon on Saturdays. New term starts Jan. 11, 2025.

2. Adult – Introductory Italian - Centro Caboto Centre - Winter session begins Jan. 13, 2025

3. Adult - Beginner Italian – Centro Caboto Centre

This class is for anyone who has taken one or more Italian classes and knows more than the basics. This is also for those who have taken the Introductory Italian class. The focus is more on learning how to use different skills for conversing with others in Italian, especially if you are on a trip in Italy. Finish off the year with Italian wine and cheese party.

 WINTER ADULT CLASSES START

January 13, 2025   
Classes are held Monday evenings from 7- 9 PM
Location: Centro Caboto Centre

3. Adult – Intermediate Italian – Centro Caboto Centre

This class is for anyone who has taken the beginner class and/or has taken a few Italian classes before. They have the knowledge of Italian, are able to speak and read Italian, as well as understand the language when it is spoken to them. More conversations happen in this class due to prior knowledge/learning of the language. Finish off the year with Italian wine and cheese.
WINTER ADULT CLASSES START:
January 13, 2025  
Classes are held Monday evenings from 7 - 9 PM
Location: Centro Caboto Centre – 1055 Wilkes Avenue, Winnipeg, MB

4. Adult – Advanced Italian – Centro Caboto Centre

This class is for anyone who has attended all of the prior classes or knows Italian from prior learning. They can hold a conversation in Italian and they are able to converse with their teacher and classmates in Italian. At this level, there are always different ways in which the language is taught. It is dependent on the group and the choice of new things to learn. Finish off the year with an Italian wine and cheese party.

 WINTER ADULT CLASSES START:
 January 13, 2025 for 10 weeks.   
Classes are held Tuesday  evenings from 7 - 9 PM.
Course held at Centro Caboto Centre
